A pair of lenses that are reportedly being developed for a new generation of contact lenses has been spotted in the wild by a user on Reddit.
According to Reddit user a_sick_lens, the new lens is being sold for $100 per lens, and has a lens filter that can be replaced at any time.
A_sampson also posted the images of the new JIMin contact lens on his website, where they can be viewed in full resolution.
In case you are wondering why I’m mentioning a new lens, it’s because it’s a JIMI contact lens, which is essentially a new variant of the standard JIMF lens.
The new lens uses a special material called polycarbonate to provide a low-visibility lens for the human eye.
This allows for the use of a wider aperture, while keeping the focal length in the same range.
The company says that the new contact lens is compatible with contact lenses from the likes of Canon, Sony, Nikon, and Pentax.
JIMIn declined to comment on the Reddit post.
